A strict rotation so the fastest microphone stops winning. On a call the quiet half of the team disappears unless the format makes room for it.

Steps

1. 4 min
   Set the stage

   For the next forty minutes the fastest microphone does not win. One voice at a time, in a fixed order.

2. 8 min
   Silent writing

   Everyone writes privately first, so nobody's thinking is shaped by whoever would have spoken first.

3. 18 min
   Rounds

   Go around in a fixed order, one item per turn, no cross-talk until the round ends. Keep going until everyone passes.

4. 9 min
   What repeats

   Name the themes that came up in more than one round. Those belong to the team, not to one person.

5. 6 min
   Actions

   1–2 owned actions from the strongest theme. Whoever spoke least picks first.
